Villa Bumi is a quaint 3-bedroom villa perched atop a hill in Pecatu, Bukit. Villa Bumi translates to Villa of the Earth and is inspired by our travels around the world as well as our Bali & California roots. Treading lightly & consciously whilst not forgoing the luxuries of life. Finding balance in presence & in the simple pleasures of life – our villa is a welcome space for you to relax, unwind & soak up the views of the lush landscape & ocean below.
Rise with the sun & enjoy breakfast surrounded by greenery in our comfortable dining & living space. Take a morning stroll around the quite neighbourhood followed by lunch at some of our favourite eateries a quick 5 minutes down the road. After a day at the beach take a dip in the pool, sit back with a cocktail in hand on our infinity deck & watch the sun set into the horizon or indulge in a in-house massage. Drift off to sleep in our luxurious king-sized beds, cool AC and sounds of the land below.

– Low Season (other dates): USD 5,500 per month
– Shoulder Season (March, April, May & September): USD 6,500 per month
– High Season (June, July, August, CNY, Easter): USD 7,500 per month

– Cleaning (5 Days Full and 1 staff half day on weekend).
– Changing linen 2x a week.

Rates 3 BR Villa for Monthly Rental:
Low Season starting: IDR 90,200,000 per month.
High Season starting: IDR 106,600,000 per month.
Peak Season starting: IDR 123,000,000 per month.

- Please note that there currently an ongoing construction near the villa until further notice. Typically, construction work is carried out Monday - Sunday between 8am – 5pm.
- Rates have been reduced taking into consideration the high likelihood of significant disturbances caused to guests occupying at Villa Bumi. Guests making a booking at Villa Bumi fully understand that no further concessions will be made.

Villa Bumi is located on Jalan Puncak Wisea in Pecatu.
This area of Bali is commonly known as the “Bukit” – meaning hill in Indonesian.
We are a quick 3 minute drive to Bingin, 5 minutes to Padang-Padang and roughly 8-10 minutes to Uluwatu.
The landscape in the Bukit is vastly different to other parts of the island as it’s the most arid part of the island.
The vegetation planted at Villa Bumi are all native species to Bali & require little watering to be maintained.
